Position: Retail EmployeeDivision: RetailReports to: Retail Manager and/or Asst. ManagerFLSA Status: Non Exempt

PLACE OVERVIEW:

Accountable for general shop operation in regards to product product sales and shop look.

CRUCIAL DUTIES AND DUTIES:

  • Preserve familiarity with merchandise available including rates, colors, or any other varieties
  • Ensure handling that is accurate of from finished product sales
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and visually pleasing store
  • Handle dilemmas due to staff or clients in a sensitive and professional mannerism
  • Product management including, however restricted to, maintaining stock spaces, stock, and shows
  • Ensure high levels of clients satisfaction through exemplary solution
  • Create a visually attractive store through product presentation
  • Follow all business policies and procedures
  • Help clients on product sales flooring as required with a quick, friendly mindset
  • Be involved in monthly stock counts

FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY OBLIGATIONS:

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Twelfth Grade Diploma
  • At the least 1 to 3yrs of expertise in an equivalent based position, suggested
  • Basic Computer Techniques

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent analytical and issue resolving abilities
  • Run a selection of task particular workplace machines and equipment
  • In a position to focus on and coordinate jobs and workload
  • Strong interaction abilities having the ability to talk efficiently with individuals at any level

BODILY NEEDS:

  • Walk, raise, achieve, stoop, sit, squat, bend, stay, grasp, balance, rise, kneel, crouch, and kind for extended periods of the time as much as 10 hours
  • Periodic lifting (up to 40 pounds of product, etc.)
